Terms of Use
Effective October 7, 2026
Agreement
By using Here, Again you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs apps from the App Store. If they disagree, Apple's agreement prevails where the law requires it.
What the app is
Here, Again seals letters to places. Whether a letter opens, and whether you're told when you return, depends on your phone's location accuracy, your permission settings and iOS. We can't promise that every letter will open or every notification will arrive.
The seal is a ritual, not a vault. Location can be faked by a determined person, and the encryption isn't built to protect secrets.
Your letters
What you write is yours, and you're responsible for it and for what you send to others. Don't use Here, Again to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or to share anything unlawful.
Going to places
Please take care. Never put yourself or anyone else at risk to reach a letter. Respect private property, closed areas, traffic and local rules. When you seal a letter for someone, choose a place they can safely and lawfully reach.
Your data
Your letters exist only on your phone and in its backups. We have no copy and can't recover a lost or deleted letter.
Changes to the app
We may update, change or stop offering Here, Again. If these terms change, the new version will appear here.
Liability
Here, Again is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost letters, missed notifications or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their own country. Questions: hello@hereagain.link. Effective October 7, 2026.
